Refund & Return Policy

Because we sell seeds, roots, and live plant materials, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on seeds, roots, bulbs, or bundles once an order has shipped.

That said, we care deeply about your experience. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at adam@freedseeds.com, and we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion for issues related to shipping damage or fulfillment errors.
